How to Join the Railborn Playtest
Railborn playtests are official, limited sign-ups announced through the Steam page and the developer Discord. There is no open beta at this time.
Where to sign up
- Visit the official Steam page and use its playtest sign-up option, then wishlist the game while you are there.
- Join the official WashBear Discord; playtest invitations and announcements are posted there.
What gets tested
Pre-release playtests have covered the core survival loop: salvaging resources, building the train piece by piece, and running the early power and water systems. The exact build contents change between rounds, and WashBear shares details with each invite.
How to give useful feedback
- Report what you did, what you expected, and what happened. Specific steps beat general impressions.
- Use the official Discord feedback channels so the developers see everything in one place.
